Very Good

The staff was very friendly and the management very attentive and took it serious when we complained about the noise from the opposite construction site. The room was very spacious and the bathroom very big. The metro station was close by. Special thanks to Alen from the breakfast buffet, what a great and friendly person you are and special thanks to our friend in the pool area, who arranged us the best spots to sun bathe!

Avoid room no 908 and the ones above, there's a construction site opposite and in this 'row' there are balconies (not to be used) and the insulation of the windows is not good, even though we wore very good ear plugs it felt like the windows were open. Had we known the hotel was full of people from a certain country, we wouldn't have come. They were very rude, left HUGE amounts of uneaten food behing on breakfast, even though there were signs agains it in their own language.

Very Good

The hotel is near the beach only 15 minutes walking distance. The buffet was extraordinary. We were positively surprised.

Unfortunately mainly guests from Russia are in this hotel and their behaviour is unbearable for us. They overload their plates with food and have absolutely no attitude.

Pleasant stay

The cleanness, the room size as they upgraded our room. The location is very good and lots of shops, restaurants are very close to the hotel. The JBR is a walkable distance. The staff are very welcoming and helpful even the valet parking staff.

The exit to the hotel is congested. Otherwise is is all perfect.

Good hotel if you want to stay in Dubai Marina

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. Every day the room was carefully cleaned. The temperature of the water was excellent for swimming, also for children. During our stay was my birthday and I was pleasantly surprised with a small cake from the hotel staff

- because the hotel was booked at maximum capacity, on some days it was quite crowded at breakfast

Very Good

Very convenient for the Marina and beach.

Had to change room due to neighbouring guests very noisy not helped by the layout of doors to to the rooms. However the changed room was very nice.. unfortunate there is major building site work opposite the hotel which goes on late into the night sometimes. The air conditioning system is complicated to get right !

Located quiet part of marina next the Sheikh Zayed Rd, very clean and value for money. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast from room service menu. Excellent views of the marina. 2 nights spend at ease.

A great experience

The staff were amazing, we got upgraded to a suite because we had a long wait to check in. It was 9am when we arrived so a wait was expected. The pool was clean and to a high standard; the view from the Skybar was amazing and the gym was equipped.

Overall it was good experience. Surely can be considered again.

Staff was really friendly especially in restaurants. Bed room was also spacious and comfortable.

Excellent and different friendly hotel.

So many staff! Every staff member was helpful and friendly. The room was nice and large and comfortable with plenty of supplies. Amazing selection for breakfast. Great location for the marina and JBR

Not a lot to dislike! The pool seems to be in the shade of s neighbouring building from about midday, so I would suggest people go to the pool in the morning,the problem is, it is busy then. For some reason the emergency alarm went off in the middle of one night, I guess that can't be helped.

VERY SLOW RESPONDING OR NO RESPONDING FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHILE DIALING ZERO FOR ASSISTANCE. I have ordered break fast for the first day to have it in my room called at 8 am and I have been told that it will take hardly 25 to 30 min. unfortunately it took 70 mint to come by that time I am leaving so I have to leave hotel without having it. Normally bottle water is available every times as complements but I could don't find for second day.

Do your level best to meet the customers needs by providing very good services every time.

Booked a marina view room with two single beds, first day there were no marina view room available, they put me in a big room with living room and one king bed with a city view with a free break fast for the first day, it’s look like they have down over booked
